Q: Do you do Wholesale?

Q: Which Currency will I be charged in?
A: We are a Cypriot/EU based company therefore all prices are shown in Euro (€) and you will be charged in Euro, but you can pay in any currency, using your credit card, our partner PayPal will exchange your currency to Euro based on the day’s rate.
During the Secure Checkout process, Please Note: Your statement will show payment from “G.F. Hookah Cyprus Ltd” and NOT from our trading name which is “Hookah Cyprus”, “HookahCyprus.com” and/or “HOOKAHCY”
Q: Do you have a Retail or Physical Shop where I can come to pick up?
A: Who needs a physical shop? All those roads to drive through, then there’s the parking, the queuing… you know what it’s like… 🙂 At the moment, we are currently a Cyprus-based internet retailer, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the island or Europe and you don’t even have to carry your own shopping home, because we’ll deliver it to your front door! If you insist though, we will allow orders to be collected directly from our pick up point in Limassol. More options coming soon, keep an eye on our social media accounts, and if you have not done so already, sign up to our newsletter (link at the bottom of this page).
Q: What Shipping Methods are Available?

- Local Courier shipping by GAP Akis Express €5.00
- Free Local Courier shipping by GAP Akis Express for orders over €100
- For overseas orders, we will give you a shipping quotation after you have placed the order. You can complete the payment after receiving the quote.
Please note that:
- We do not deliver to North Cyprus.
- Also due to limitation from our partner GAP Akis Express areas covered are cities and surrounding areas therefore if you are located in the lovely Cypriot countryside you will need to either pick the item form our pickup point in Limassol or select one of the many GAP Akis Express points all over Cyprus to pickup your order.
Q: How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
A: If your order is not shipped out yet, then we can cancel or change it. You can simply e-mail us. You can find our details here. If your order has already shipped out please visit our Returns and Refunds Policy here.
Q: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards through our partner PayPal over our secure e-store.
